The Scrapper is very different from the tools currently in use.
Since the Civil Aeronautics Administration has specified that all parts of the aircraft should not be
repaired with electric tools (unless necessary), the tools currently available for repair are mostly manual
and pneumatic.
Therefore, most of the tools available for maintenance are manually used. In view of this, our company
has developed a pneumatic effective tool to remove the objects.
This process is in accordance with the regulations of the Civil Aviation Administration.
The idea of this tool design has come up after listening to numbers of fuel tank sealant mechanics' comments in the field. Many are saying the manual sealant removal work is a very uncomfortable task, taking a long time, and it has to be done in a very non-ergonomic body position. Also, most importantly, the mechanic needs to stay inside the fuel tank where there are always some fuel fumes. All these ideas were carefully discussed to achieve a quick pneumatic driven sealant removal tool.
The design concept of the product is to improve work efficiency while reducing the process time to a fraction of the manual process.
This product also reduces the unpleasant sealant removal work to minimize the non-ergonomic work position of the mechanic.
The Scrapper has been designed to provide an improved alternative solution to tools currently in use.
In view of this, our company has developed an effective pneumatic tool to remove the sealant.
This process will fulfill the regulations of the Civil Aviation Authority.
